Returns

Eligibility for Returns:

  • You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Certain items are exempt from being returned, such as perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Non-returnable Items Include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

How to Return an Item:

  1. Contact Us: Begin by contacting our customer service team at returns@aevione.com or +234-XXX-XXXX-XXX to initiate a return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Packaging: Pack your item securely, including all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
  4. Shipping: Send your return to the address provided. Please note that you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refunds

Processing Refunds:

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received your refund within the specified time frame, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at refunds@aevione.com.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at exchanges@aevione.com with your order details.

Shipping Returns

  • To return your product, you should mail your product to: Aevione.com, XYZ Building, 123 Lagos Street, Lagos, Nigeria.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
